Preamble

The Eye Opener Society exists as a spiritual and educational ministry devoted to awakening human consciousness, promoting spiritual growth, encouraging compassionate living, and fostering personal transformation through open dialogue, meditation, intentional breathing, metaphysical exploration, and spiritual fellowship. This Code of Doctrine and Discipline serves as the official governing framework of Eye Opener Society. It establishes the core beliefs, spiritual principles, ethical expectations, ministerial standards, operational guidelines, and disciplinary procedures of the organization. This document is intended to preserve the integrity, mission, and spiritual vision of Eye Opener Society while ensuring accountability, fairness, compassion, and responsible leadership.

Article I — Name and Identity

Section 1. Official Name
The official name of the organization shall be: Eye Opener Society LLC

Section 2. Spiritual Nature
Eye Opener Society shall function as an independent spiritual ministry and religious fellowship dedicated to: Spiritual awareness, Conscious living, Personal transformation, Meditation, Compassionate community, Open spiritual discussion, Metaphysical education, Emotional and mental healing support, Exploration of spiritual experiences and consciousness.

Section 3. Non-Denominational Structure
Eye Opener Society shall remain non-denominational and spiritually inclusive. The organization welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, belief systems, cultures, and spiritual traditions, provided they engage respectfully and peacefully.

Article II — Mission Statement

The mission of Eye Opener Society is: To encourage individuals to awaken to greater self-awareness and spiritual understanding; To provide a safe and compassionate spiritual community; To promote peace, understanding, healing, and personal growth; To create educational content and spiritual teachings through media, sermons, podcasts, livestreams, discussions, and meditation practices; To support individuals through spiritual fellowship without coercion, manipulation, fear, or exploitation; To encourage thoughtful exploration of spirituality, metaphysics, consciousness, and human experience.

Article III — Core Doctrinal Principles

Section 1. Spiritual Freedom
Eye Opener Society affirms that every individual possesses the inherent right to explore spirituality freely and responsibly. No member shall be forced, pressured, manipulated, or threatened into accepting any doctrine, belief, ritual, or teaching.

Section 2. Respect for Human Dignity
Every person shall be treated with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect regardless of: Race, Nationality, Gender, Sexual orientation, Spiritual background, Religious affiliation, Economic status, Political affiliation, or Personal history. Harassment, hate speech, intimidation, discrimination, or abuse shall not be tolerated.

Section 3. Conscious Awareness
Eye Opener Society teaches that growth in consciousness and awareness can positively impact emotional, spiritual, and personal well-being. Members are encouraged to engage in self-reflection, practice mindfulness, develop emotional awareness, pursue spiritual understanding, seek inner peace, and cultivate compassion for others.

Section 4. Meditation
Meditation practices are recognized as valuable spiritual and personal wellness tools. Such practices are intended to support relaxation, mental clarity, emotional grounding, spiritual reflection, personal healing, and inner balance. Eye Opener Society does not present meditation as a replacement for professional medical or psychological treatment.

Section 5. Open Inquiry
The organization encourages respectful questioning, dialogue, exploration, and discussion regarding: Spirituality, Consciousness, Human experience, Metaphysical ideas, Philosophy, Religion, Meditation, and Paranormal and unexplained experiences. No sincere question shall be condemned when presented respectfully.

Section 6. Compassion and Service
Members and ministers are encouraged to act in ways that reduce suffering, promote kindness, and contribute positively to the lives of others.

Articles IV — XIII & Final Statement

Article IV Authority and Governance — Founding leadership and ordained ministers guide the organization. Ministers conduct sermons, lead meditations, and offer spiritual guidance. Article V Membership — Open to those respecting our values; participation is voluntary. Article VI Ministerial Standards — Ministers operate with integrity, professionalism, and compassion, respecting confidentiality. Article VII Ministry — Through livestreams, podcasts, and digital media, we promote spiritual connection. Article VIII Discipline — Exists to protect members and preserve integrity through fair accountability. Article IX Ordination — Recognizes ministers for maturity and ethical conduct. Article X Finance — All support is voluntary and handled with stewardship. Article XI Healing — We provide spiritual encouragement but do not replace licensed medical or mental health care. Article XII Amendments — This Code may be revised for organizational health. Article XIII Final Declaration — Our commitment remains fixed on spiritual exploration and respect for human dignity.

Article IV — Authority and Governance

Section 1. Founding Leadership

Eye Opener Society shall be guided by its founding leadership and ordained ministers. The leadership structure may evolve over time as deemed necessary for the continued operation and spiritual health of the organization.

Section 2. Ministerial Authority

Ordained ministers may conduct sermons and spiritual teachings, lead meditation sessions, offer spiritual guidance, assist in church administration, participate in outreach and ministry programs, and represent Eye Opener Society publicly. Ministers must operate within the ethical and disciplinary standards established in this document.

Section 3. Administrative Decisions

Administrative authority regarding membership standards, media operations, public representation, ministerial appointments, financial decisions, and organizational policy shall remain under church leadership.

Article V — Membership

Section 1. Open Membership

Membership shall be open to individuals who respect the mission and values of Eye Opener Society, conduct themselves peacefully and respectfully, and agree to follow the standards established in this Code.

Section 2. Member Expectations

Members are expected to treat others respectfully, avoid abusive or disruptive behavior, participate honestly and peacefully, support the integrity of the organization, and avoid spreading knowingly false or malicious information.

Section 3. Voluntary Participation

All participation in Eye Opener Society shall be voluntary. Members may leave the organization at any time without harassment, retaliation, or intimidation.

Article VI — Ministerial Standards

Section 1. Ethical Conduct

Ministers shall conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, professionalism, and compassion. Ministers shall not exploit members emotionally, financially, spiritually, or sexually; use fear or manipulation to control others; abuse positions of authority; engage in harassment or discrimination; knowingly spread harmful misinformation; or misrepresent church authority or credentials.

Section 2. Confidentiality

Ministers should respect reasonable confidentiality when individuals share personal struggles or spiritual concerns. Confidentiality may be broken only when required by law, necessary to prevent serious harm, or necessary to report abuse or threats of violence.

Section 3. Financial Integrity

All ministers and leaders handling funds or donations shall do so honestly and transparently. Misuse or theft of organizational resources may result in immediate disciplinary action.

Section 4. Public Representation

Ministers and representatives of Eye Opener Society should strive to communicate responsibly and respectfully in public appearances, livestreams, social media content, podcasts, and interviews.

Article VII — Worship, Services, and Media Ministry

Section 1. Forms of Ministry

Eye Opener Society may conduct livestream sermons, meditation sessions, podcasts, educational broadcasts, spiritual discussions, online meetings, community fellowship gatherings, and outreach programs.

Section 2. Digital Ministry

Digital media and online communication are recognized as official extensions of the ministry. The organization may use social media, podcast platforms, video streaming platforms, websites, virtual meeting platforms, and recorded educational content to further its mission.

Section 3. Educational Nature

Many discussions and teachings within Eye Opener Society are educational, spiritual, philosophical, or exploratory in nature. The organization encourages critical thinking and personal discernment.

Article VIII — Discipline and Accountability

Section 1. Purpose of Discipline

Discipline exists to protect members, preserve organizational integrity, encourage accountability, promote reconciliation when possible, and maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Section 2. Grounds for Discipline

Disciplinary action may occur in cases involving harassment, abuse, threats or violence, fraud or theft, intentional disruption, hate speech, repeated dishonesty, exploitation of members, misrepresentation of church authority, or conduct severely damaging to the ministry.

Section 3. Disciplinary Process

Whenever reasonably possible, disciplinary matters should include a review of concerns or allegations, opportunity for explanation or response, fair consideration by leadership, and appropriate corrective action.

Section 4. Forms of Discipline

Disciplinary action may include vertical warning, written warning, temporary suspension, removal from ministry roles, revocation of ordination, and permanent removal from membership or participation.

Section 5. Restoration

When appropriate and safe, Eye Opener Society supports restoration, reconciliation, and personal growth following misconduct.

Article IX — Ordination

Section 1. Recognition of Ministers
Eye Opener Society may ordain ministers who demonstrate:
• Spiritual maturity
• Ethical conduct
• Commitment to the organization’s mission
• Responsible leadership
• Respectful communication

Section 2. Ministerial Duties
Ordained ministers may:
• Teach and preach
• Conduct spiritual services
• Lead meditations
• Assist members spiritually
• Participate in church development
• Represent Eye Opener Society publicly
• Perform weddings, funerals, memorial services, and other ministerial ceremonies where permitted under applicable state and local laws
• Officiate wedding ceremonies for the joining of one human being to another in lawful union

Section 3. Revocation of Ordination
Ordination may be suspended or revoked when a minister seriously violates this Code of Doctrine and Discipline.

Article X — Financial Principles

Section 1. Voluntary Support
Financial support of Eye Opener Society shall remain voluntary. No person shall be coerced, manipulated, or pressured into donations or financial contributions.

Section 2. Stewardship
Church resources should be used responsibly to support:
• Ministry operations
• Educational outreach
• Media production
• Community engagement
• Spiritual programming

Section 3. Transparency
Leadership should strive for honesty and integrity in financial matters.

Article XI — Statement on Healing and Counseling

Eye Opener Society may provide:

However, the organization does not claim to replace:
